Hi,

When posting question on site it takes 10 minutes or somthing it just keeping posting unit its time out.

same thing happen with login but when i refresh i getting following errors.

 

Could not establish database connection. Please check the username, password and hostname in the config file, and if necessary set up the appropriate MySQL user and privileges.

 

After 30 minutes its starting finr.

Any help would be helpfull. Now my site is taking around few minutes to login and sometimes it just timeout and then after timeout i cant see the site for 10 minutes.

It was the plugin which cause the slow issue. spammar plugin.

If you already have installed Q2A than check if any plugin causing this issue or contact to your host provider.. 
 
if you are just trying to install q2a than check your database username, password and name also sometime localhost not works in that case again you may need to ask your host provider

it was running fine till few days ago it start playing up. I have contact my host company they told me they was wordpress attack on our server that might be cause but it should be working fine now.
but still it takes so long to login. my webhosting told me it all should be fine.

Why don't you check your db username and password.. or may be try to reset it and set config file again.. see what happens..

It is always good idea to take database backup before you play with anything.. that will take a minute..

We have updated our site as we are going to starts many channels and so old account are still there but not currently available. However we are always there to provide supports to our customers and clients. You can directly open an issue from http://store.q2amarket.com and just find your purchased product and submit your issue there.
