How do i wipe all the points from users?

I want to wipe all the points / votes from all users. 

I opened phpmyadmin and I found  qa_userpoints , I deleted all the values but if i click Admin -> Statistics -> Recount points, the points reappear

The recounter checks the amount of posts and multiplies by the number of points each of them were designated. What are you trying to do? Maybe I can offer an alternative.
