I want to make questions private, only questions ask to users not homepage ?

i want to make some changes on this script, like ask.fm or formspring.me

i want to create a user profile and i don't want that questions appears on homepage, i want like this :

 

the user will registered the site

and than user have profile for answer questions,

and guests or users can ask anonymously or visibly questions to registered users.

 

how can i do these things ?
