CSS not working on the second level of the categories - Most Important !

Question

 

It is a Error when We make 2 or 3 level category this error come

Suppose we have a category with two sub category

Computer

     - Software

     - Hardware

when we visit Computer no error because its css url is 

http://www.example.com/qa-theme/Ask/qa-styles.css?1.5.4

but problem is here when we visit sub category any one of both them suppose we visit Hardware

then css url is

http://www.example.com/computer/qa-theme/Ask/qa-styles.css?1.5.4

here is fault because it use  computer in url but this is not path of css file

 

please.... any one help me its Impotant

I found the solution the css breack when we create a category with & for example we create a category 

Computer & Internet  then css will break

Solution: when create category change the url

& to and 

this is working no error now
