q2a installation with fatcow hosting

please help me,while insatlling q2a ,i met with a problem.i am not able to create database and usermanagemnet ,it says error 1115:unknown characterset 'ascii'. how to add missing characterset and is it possbile with fatcow hosting

you have to be more specific or no one will be able to help! Not all of use are using fatcow.
