How to Move Up Facebook Login button in Register page

The facebook login button is located at the bottom in the registeration page of Q2A 1.5.4

When reCaptcha is also activated, it pushes the FB login button further down & in some cases, its not even visible (see the registration page, after loggin out here at Q2A for example)

How to bring the FB button above the username field?
Q2A version: 1.5.4
