Wordpress Theme Integration-Which sidebar to keep?

I am integrating Q2A with a wordpress theme (in a domain.com/qa folder). Which sidebar do you think is better to keep? Anyone that has integrated the two scripts has any advice for that?

Actually your question is not so clear. You want to display Q&A sidebar on WordPress theme sidebar area? or reverse?
