URL structure doesn't work correctly

Question

I installed Q&A in subdirectory.

I use first option in URL structure in admin page for shortening urls .

Actually it does work and shortens urls but when I click those links it brings 404 page of wordpress in my root directory.

 

It's strange that it works in local and it also worked at first days but recently it doesn't work.

I've changed this line

 #RewriteBase /

to this

RewriteBase /forum

in htaccess file and it worked

forum is name of my subdirectoy
