How to prevent simultaneous edits to not lose content?

Question

I announced some editors today. They have the rights (as it says) to edit all questions, and answers.

Now a big problem appears: If two editors are editing a question the same time (and they do not know from each other) and editor A sends his new version, then editor B sends his version, the server takes first version A and overwrites this with version B that comes in later.

How do you prevent this? As content is endangered, I dare to rate this question as "priority" :)
