Deleted user, deleted badges but still display on the site? (Badges v3.7)

Question

I've already deleted the users via admin,(also checked in phpadmin), but the names and awards still on the site.
Furthermore, I tried the option: Recheck Badge Awarding, with thick the Remove all badges from database first.
Now, I have no badge and no users to belongs with at all, but the names and the badges, still there on the side widget.

After new user registrated and asked 1 qestion 100 club added. However this option is untick, and the limits of points are totaly different.
