I got "Maximum length is 120 characters" when submit a question, how can I increase that limit?

I suppose the limit is the title limit, but I can't find the option to increase the limit as within the database, the max title limit is 800. Where can I modify so that I can have more character in the Ask a question in one line field without going into more information field?

When logon to the Admin pages, there is an option page call Posting. You can set the maximum limit for the title from the default of 120 characters.
