Is there anyway to delete a single tag from multiple posts?

I want to delete a single tag from 446 Questions. Is there any way to do this?

I made a plugin that can do exactly that: Tagging Tools. In the options, if you put one tag on a line those tags will be removed. (If you put two tags separated by commas, the first will be changed to the second.)
