Is it possible to create Groups in Question?Answer Q&A?

I'd like to create Q&A sites that are group specific (similar to the idea of "boards") in Quora.  Is this possible?

Option 1: Use categories to separate questions. It's possible to set the home page to a custom page so you can list the categories rather than all questions if you like.

Option 2: Set up several sites with global user accounts. See here and here for details.
