Is it possible to make plug-in that sends SMS when the question was to answer.

I really like this plugin. Please write and share it and members help to improve this pluing and fix probable bugs. I also have a suggestion. It will be good if plugin sends SMS for admin too when a question/answer post to website. Admin can enable/disable this feature in admin panel.
