is there a reply/answer a question by mail option?

hi, i would like to know if for example somone posted a question, a notification email was sent, can i reply to the notification email and that reply will be posted as an answer?

That is not possible out of the box as Q2A cannot access your email accounts. You would need to write some custom code that handles incoming emails, detect which post it relates to, then insert the reply into Q2A.
