Cant install plugins

i need help i send the file into qa-plugins file and i go into the admin page and it says there is nothing. help please..

Because there is not kind of plugin or source code of your plugin, I think anyone can't answer. If it is opened plugin, you should show the name. If it is plugin that you made, compare source code with existing plugin(example-page, mouseover-layer, etc).
