Multi language sistem ?

Firs of all i am sorry for my bad english

i have 2 questions

1 - q2a is support multi language ? and how ?

2 - i want this : if users come from germany, my site will open in german language. if users come from russia, my site will open in russian language. is this possible ? and how ?

it is translaed to both languges, see adons

you have 3 solutions

1) make a plugin to detect location and load language: bad one becuse content wont translate

2) use an external translator plugin which translates whole content: another bad option

3) install 2 defirent q2a scripts each for one language: best option
