Moderation post edit of an answer

I have set Q2A such that all answers are moderated.

This is to ensure post meets site guidelines.

However, currently the system allows users to edit the answers and edited answer is published WITHOUT moderation. This can potentially lead to some posts not meeting guidelines (not spam links but abusive language for instance). The risk is higher in initial days as we may not have sufficient members to flag such posts

 

Maybe I am missing something in configuration, grateful if someone can guide me.

You're right about this. However from a user perspective it's very annoying to have your post hidden due to some small edit, waiting again for approval from the moderator.

For now the solution is to keep an eye on the 'All Activity' page of your site, and look out for recent edits.
