Not allowing users to ask

when a user clicks on Ask a Question it opens a window contains

I think this is something to do with your server configuration, perhaps an .htaccess file, because this request:

http://3rbask.com/ask

is being redirected to:

http://3rbask.com/ask/

This is not happening with other similar requests.
