Getting Discussion Updates

Question 1

Sometimes a discussion starts in the comments on my website, but users don't know unless they choose to get e-mail notifications.

Is it possible to add a page with "recent activity" : answers, comments that have been posted in yor threads or after your comments?

Each user has an 'updates' page, which you can see by clicking "My Updates" in the top right. It shows all the questions on which you have had replies (either to your question, your answers or your comments).

Any ideas on how to make it a bit more user-friendly like StackOverflow? Thanks, DisgruntledGoat!
