Why do bonus points get set to zero?

Is there any feature, capability, or scheduled job in Q2A that sets the bonus points for all users to zero?

This is happening occasionally on my site, and I don't know why. Any clues where to look first?

It certainly shouldn't be happening. Here are a couple of things to test as causes:

Any of the recalculation butttons on the 'Stats' page of the admin panel.
Any editing operations by the admin on the user's page.
