Answerland has a both CSS and PHP twiked theme. it's practicaly not hard to create such themes. I think there are many Q2A developers That you can hire to create your theme.
All time I worked with Q2A I didn't see a premium support or a directory of Q2A developers and designers.
maybe it's time Gideon Greenspan start's a sister site for Q2A for offering premium coding and design. it's both earning money and offering extra service for those who care enough to pay. what you think?
