Empty category issue

Question

I'm running Q2A 1.5.1. I have set that question s without category can not be asked.

Now, when user tries to ask a question and he doesn't enter a category, he's redirected to a quesion page, but at this time category drop down list is empty.

Is it a bug of missconfiguration?

Have checked and there's no such issue in your Q2A instance. It can be reproduced on http://rubuntu.com
