Problem with wiki plugin

I have a problem with wikify button in my q2a site, when i trying to wikify all the text is going to something like this "Ð�Ñ�Ð±ÐµÑ�Ð¸ ÐºÐ°Ñ�ÐµÐ³Ð¾Ñ�Ð¸Ñ�, ÐºÐ¾Ñ�Ð¾Ñ�Ð°Ñ� Ñ�ÐµÐ±Ðµ Ð½Ñ�Ð¶Ð½Ð°, Ð¸Ð»Ð¸ Ð¿Ñ�Ð¾Ñ�Ñ�Ð¾ Ñ�ÐºÐ°Ð¶Ð¸ Ð±ÐµÐ· ÐºÐ°Ñ�ÐµÐ³Ð¾Ñ�Ð¸Ð¸ Ñ�Ñ�Ð³Ð¸" how i can fix it?
