can I vote on a comment made on a question or answer?

I noticed that we can only Vote for a question or an Answer but not for any comment made.

Something like 'Is this comment helpful?' - Yes or No button. Yes or No buttons are for voting.

Any plans of implementing this? If this isn't right place, please suggest where can I raise this.

I have two problems with this.
First, I don't want users to be able to vote on their own comments. I'm sure this is easy to fix (should be very similar to existing code that prevents a user from voting on own question/answer) but I haven't had time to look at it yet.

I also have a problem with the new badges. In the admin-list, instead of showing the name of the badge (in the badge) I see "[badges/nice_comment]" (though editable). And instead of the text and field for setting the badge requirement, I see "[badges/good_comment_desc]".

Has anyone else experienced this bug?
