reading by only admins

Question 1

Is there any way that the q2a site developed can be read by the admins only. Actually I am looking for making a closed collaborating group and need a simple programme for that . Q2A seems fine but I don't know how to make it accessible only for moderators or admins.

I'have the same question related to have the possibility to use some categories that only admins can see and not the normal users!
