HTML broken after language switch

When I change the language to english, everything seems to be fine. When I switch to dutch, the <head> is emtpy and its content is put outside the head right after the <body>. That forces my page to brake.

This does not happen in the admin area.

Did you compare the HTML outputs as well?

the output is different (see my site) The <head> is out of placed. I'm using Onno's (dutch) translation

The <HEAD> looks OK to me in the source.

Please send me the two versions of the full HTML source, under Dutch and English languages, by private message.
