I am negative against shout box slightly. I am good for what to use shout box in pure conversation between users, but am concerned about what that question and answer (knowledgement) that are not arranged are buried among. I think that it is necessary to announce manner and usage well if I add it.

I am not sure I understand your question, but if you are looking for a shout box, you can use probably any free or paid for chat box/chat room and just add it to your site, the little yellow side bar, you can even use http://www.cbox.ws/ and make it fit in...

Exactly. It's very unlikely a shoutbox will even be considered for Q2A since it has nothing to do with asking questions.
