Require all non-admin questions and answers to be moderated

Hi,

New to Q2A, and love it.  I've searched here, but couldn't find a current (1.5) answer to this.

I want to require all questions and answers posted by a non-admin to require approval.

I see how to do this for users under a certain point level, or non-confirmed email, but not by non admins.  Is there a way to do this with configuration settings, or will it take code?

If it needs code, is what is described in this post still the best way to do it?

You can do this via a plugin which implements a filter module, which sets the 'queued' field as appropriate.
