Database transfer help?

I still need help on my new installation. I have 1.5 installed on a new server and I have database backups from my old server and I need to import that data into the new installation. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AN I NEED TO KNOW HOW BEFORE GOOGLE DEI-INDEXES all my pages.

 

PLEASE HELP!
