How To Modify Related Questions Title Style Elements?

Where can I modify related questions style elements that show in the side panel, like changing the font style, colour and size. Also how to change the number of titles to display?

You can use CSS to target styling within the qa-related-qs class.

As for the number of titles to display, look in the 'Viewing' section of the Admin panel.
