Want to change the labels "Question" and "Answer" on my Q2A instance

As title says.

I found an old post in this support forum: https://www.question2answer.org/qa/24674/how-to-rename-questions-tab

But the instruction above does not work for Q2A version 1.8.8. can you kindly help? I also want to change the label "Question" into "Tool", and the label "Answer" into "Review" in my Q2A application.

Can anyone help? thanks in advance.
