Tagging outgoing links as dofollow

Hello;

I examined the site in detail, but I could not find a way to dofollow outgoing links. The Ultimate SEO plugin could do this, but I don't use it anymore because it gives an error. I want to complete this process with a change in the codes. Is there anyone who can help me with this?

I've been maintaining a fork of the Ultimate SEO plugin for a while. There is no currently reported issue with it. Here is the link:

When I make any settings and save this plugin, I get a 403 error.

Question 4

That suggests a server configuration issue or wrong file permissions
