Why I'm keeping getting the message "Please click again to confirm"?

Hi,

I keep getting the message "Please click again to confirm" when trying to login from an embedded instance of my Q2A site included as a MS Teams tab in a Teams channel. However, I can login without problems if I open the site in the browser.

Any ideas?

Q2A version: 1.8.8
