Add the option to include Memcached credentials in the caching Admin settings

I want to use AWS ElastiCache for Memcached. Therefore, I aim to add a feature in the Q2A admin Cache settings, allowing us to enter AWS Elastic Cache credentials. This will enable the utilization of centralized cache instead of local server cache, particularly in multi-server configurations.

Please, can anyone help me with this?
