Why the changes I made in Admin shown Saves but actually not saved?

I tryed to change Theme from Admin Cenreal. When I click save options it shows saved but actually theme not saved. It going back to Default theme. Folder permission is 755.

Same thing happen to Badge Plugin. In badge plugin "Show badge widget beside points in question list" option not saved.
Q2A version: 1.4.3
