QA_DEBUG_PERFORMANCE check before qa-config.php included?

First, congrats and thanks for the new beta version... downloaded the github source, getting a notice:

PHP Notice:  Use of undefined constant QA_DEBUG_PERFORMANCE - assumed 'QA_DEBUG_PERFORMANCE' in /var/www/q2ag/qa-include/qa-index.php on line 35

This seems to be because you are checking the constant in qa-index.php and only calling qa-config.php in qa-base.php, which loads later.  Or am I missing something?

Can't yet get the beta to work, another problem with database tables... working on it :)
