My site is down please help

When I try to login to my site, I find it not responding. I get a message like this:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an Error Document to handle the request.

Your webserver configuration doesn't allow access to your site. Is this shared hosting or are you running your own server? Can you show the webserver configuration (more specifically the configuration of your vhost)?

Then the relevant vhost config is probably in a .htaccess file. Please edit your question and show the content of that file (you may obfuscate sensitive information).

In fact, last night I contacted the host company and indeed they found out that the problem was due to the wrong htaccess file information.
and The site was fixed last night.
