ReCaptcha does not appear on anonymous reply.

I have a strange problem, when you post anonymously you can see the ReCaptcha, when they reply by anonymous ReCaptcha does not appear, but still receive the error notice to enter the code.

Q2A version: 1.4.3

Please I can not understand why the comments have the captcha but this is invisible on the anonymous responses, where can I go to check this error?
