how to Capitalised words of title while i write in small letters??

Use the CSS property text-transform for capitalizing words. Add the property to the classes qa-q-item-title and qa-main-heading to capitalize question titles in both question list and question view.

.qa-q-item-title, .qa-main-heading {
  text-transform: capitalize;
}

Note that this will capitalize all words rather than doing correct capitalization (example: "foo the bar" would be rendered as "Foo The Bar" instead of "Foo the Bar" with a lowercase "the").
