where i can find this language file?

i need change this note "A question with this title already exists. Please add more details." to another language 

but i can't find this statement in any folder in the files 

Hint:this note appear when the user trying to add question with title the same for another question

Plugins do not modify files, in general. It is most likely you have changed it and you forgot about it

Then you might either be using a plugin (probably this one: https://github.com/ganbox/qa-filter) or you might have modified the core files
