Register option not working after site migration

Question

I recently transferred my site to other hosting and the registration of new users is not working anymore .. I checked error logs of cpanel but they were empty..  Whenever a new user registers they get 500 error :

Because your pho version must be higher then 8 , please downgrade your php to 7.4 from php manager in cpanel
