What are your settings in admin/emails? Did you select "Send email via SMTP instead of local mail"?

So it's configured for local mail submission. Does your system actually run a mail server that accepts mail from Q2A? What does the mail log on your server say about the unsuccessful e-mails?

i run two q2a on same server , its working on my old website without any problem and in new websote mail is not sending both ver 1.8.6

What do the mail server logs say about the failed deliveries?
Do you have shell access to the server?
