I think single sign on just pass the login cookie from  q2a core to  yoursite core
It's not help to get Oauth2 or something else about this topic

I am just now learning how to use IAM tools. If I understand the Q2A correctly, maybe you could have Q2A sync with a WordPress installation that uses the tool of your choice (via plugin)?

You can implement your own OAuth2 authentication by means of a login module. You can take a look at the code of the Q2A Open Login plugin and use it as a reference as it doesn't really work because it is a bit outdated.
