Captcha Error: ERROR for site owner: Invalid key type

I am Just Frustrated because of the SPAM on the Site. Every second around 5 Spam users register. My Re-captcha is not working I entered the Correct key.

Q2A version: 1.8.6

Q2A Doest Support v3 Captcha, I created new v2 reCaptcha and replaced the keys, it worked.
