how to custom link when using arabic content?

I have a question site in Arabic, when writing a question in Arabic, it is not added to the link, when choosing this syntax option

The title appears in the link only when you type it in English

Can you provide a link to one of those questions? Or at least a screenshot showing the URL and the question title? (the first one would be more useful)

Follow these steps:

 1. Navigate to admin/viewing

 2. Uncheck the Remove accents from question URLs checkbox and save the settings

That should fix the issue.
