This user has forked quite a few repositories. You should be able to get them from there: https://github.com/ProThoughts

Anyway, take into account some of your links are not just replaceable. For example QA-Themes is no longer active, or Mobbr is a service that is no longer alive.

Please, can you create a pull request with the updates? :)
