Suggest to add a addons center to make user search and download addons comfortable

I believe the addons page is OK. It's possible to perform a search using the browser's text search. It is up to each developer to provide a decent download link (e.g. a link to a GitHub repository).

Obviously, I would prefer to have a more "store-like" platform but the current approach is simple enough to be managed in a distributed way through text files and, probably the most relevant reason, I would spend development efforts in the core itself rather than this

It's something I've been considering for a while, but it's a lot of effort to create. Making something more official also comes with expectations of quality and security, and I don't have time to vet every plugin that's made for Q2A.
