I am developing an QA forum using Q2A tables with PHP mysqli prepared statments .

I have tried related questions by Like % but it does not give better result to related questions titles .

I want to know the search query ?

Related questions query ?

and question suggestions query?

What is the best way to find out the related question title from the database like Q2A using PHP mysqli prepared statments ?
