Are you sure about that? I made that questions would be hidden by default when asked and when I enter word from question title in search box - I get this question displayed (title), but of course, cannot see what's inside. I have checked qa-page-search.php file - and it seems there are no limits to hide hidden questions from search results. I made some dirty hack and now it's ok, but still very weird.
